What happens if we have a scheduled job with the @.active_start_time is
BEFORE @.active_end_Time
As far as I can see from the online docuementation the only requirement
is that they be not equal.
Can anyone shed light on this ?

@.active_end_time)
and not before (which is the normal case) as I say below
