Scheduled and enabled jobs are not running

Why would SQL jobs that are scheduled and enabled not run?
The really weird thing is that it is only some of the jobs, while the
other jobs on the server and some on the same databases run and report
fine?

Is there anything that the "bad jobs" have in common?
