Cancel the job using the Process Info under Current
Activity.
Have a look and see if there are any error messages being
generated in the SQL Server Logs, then try again.

Thank you for reply, I do cancel the job and restart it again, the problem
still exist.
Actually I restart sql server, it's been fixed.
But, it looks strange.
